Basic Wardrobe Outfitting 101
Welcome to Basic Wardrobe Outfitting 101!
Basis Wardrobe Outfitting 101 will be a daily educational tool that will empower your fashion sense! If you have questions or concerns about how, what, who, when or wear - this course is for you!
The first key for Basis Wardrobe Outfitting 101:
'Its not what goes together, but what could go together!'
Now, please be aware that there is a level of sanity, taste, tact, and coulture to what you wear - creativity is key! Its ok to step out of the box, don't be jack in the box! It is not always about matchie matchie! Have fun with patterns, textures, and different kinds fabrics! Mix it up a bit! If you have a clothing article with a suttle color or design, as in a shape for example, play it up! Accessorize the suttle color to bring it out more or if you have polka dots for instance, its ok to put stripes or squares with it! Make it compliment each other, not compete! Your outfit should be a harmonious collaboration of art!
So, the next time you go shopping or you're putting an outfit together, think, Its not what goes together, but what could go together!
The rules of fashion are ever changing, as with the trends of fashion! What was not acceptable last year may be acceptable this year and what was acceptable last year, may not be acceptable this year!
It can get confusing sometime, but I will help you to keep up with the new styles and developing fads and trends as it makes it way onto the fashion frontier.
